Rob Grant founded Grants Real Estate in 1992 after 10 years as an industrial sales and leasing negotiator with a major Brisbane CBD agency. With over 35 years experience in real estate, Rob is a well respected industry expert well known for his pragmatic and commercial approach to real estate.

Prior to joining the family business in 2016, Tim completed a Bachelor of Commerce at The University of Queensland and went on to work as a Corporate Tax Accountant for a multinational professional service firm. This experience in large corporate environment has made Tim an adaptable and hardworking professional who truly appreciates the importance of communication, timeliness and professionalism in business. 

 

Tim is dedicated to ensuring that Grants Real Estate is continually striving to improve the way we manage our clients' properties by utilising efficient, cost effective management practices.

EMMA GRANT

Senior Property Manager

Emma has worked as a Senior Property Manager across 3 different Real Estate Agencies, bringing a wealth of property management and on-site complex and facilities management experience back to Grants Real Estate. She has 7 years experience working in Real Estate, plus another 10 years experience in sales roles outside of the Real Estate Industry.

Emma is a Licensed Real Estate agent and has a Bachelor of Business Management. She is passionate about Property Management, and has an objective outlook and a thorough working knowledge of QLD Property Management Legislation. Emma will go out of her way to ensure that your needs are met as an investor or tenant. As with the rest of the "Grants" team, she displays great integrity, and is honest and transparent in all of her dealings with clients and customers.
